AT 430 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF SLOW MOVING STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS EASTERN RICHLAND AND WESTERN MADISON PARISHES.
DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT UP TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS OCCURRED IN THIS
AREA BETWEEN 330 AND 430 PM...WITH OVER 5 INCHES IN THE PAST 3 HOURS.
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL OCCUR IN THIS AREA THROUGH AT LEAST 6
PM...POSSIBLY PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING.
