AT 515 PM EST THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINS WERE MOVING ACROSS STEUBEN
COUNTY IN NORTHEAST INDIANA. RAINFALL WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS HAS BEEN
VERY HEAVY WITH 1.55 INCHES OF RAIN BEING REPORTED IN AUBURN INDIANA
SINCE 400 PM EST.
 
ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING WEST OF STEUBEN COUNTY AND WILL
ADD TO THE RAINFALL WHICH HAS ALREADY OCCURRED PRODUCING FLOODING OF
STREAMS AND OF LOW LYING AREA.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
