THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH FOR NORTHCENTRAL AND NORTHWEST INDIANA
HAS BEEN CANCELLED. A TORNADO WATCH WILL BE ISSUED SHORTLY FOR MOST
OF NORTHERN INDIANA.

VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE IN NORTHERN ILLINOIS. THESE WILL MOVE
THROUGH NORTHERN INDIANA THIS EVENING. SEVERE WEATHER AND POSSIBLE
TORNADOES ARE POSSIBLE.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING THROUGH THE CENTRAL SECTIONS OF
THE STATE. THERE HAVE BEEN NO REPORTS OF SEVERE WEATHER IN CENTRAL
INDIANA THIS AFTERNOON. THERE WAS ONE REPORT OF MARBLE SIZE HAIL AND
STRONG WINDS NEAR WILLIAMS IN LAWRENCE COUNTY AT 245 PM.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE THROUGH CENTRAL INDIANA THIS
EVENING. WHILE THESE STORMS MAY PRODUCE SMALL 6HAIL...BRIEF INTENSE
RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS THESE STORMS SHOULD NOT BE SEVERE.

INDIANA UNTIL 10 PM EST.  THE TORNADO WATCH IS ROUGHLY ALONG AND
NORTH OF A LAFAYETTE TO MUNCIE LINE. CITIES IN THE TORNADO WATCH
INCLUDE GARY...SOUTH BEND...FORT WAYNE...LAFAYETTE...KOKOMO...MUNCIE
AND ANDERSON.  INDIANAPOLIS IS NEAR THE TORNADO WATCH.

AT 350 PM EST...RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHWEST INDIANA
FROM LAFAYETTE TO GARY.  OTHER STORMS WERE IN CENTRAL INDIANA IN THE
INDY METRO AREA. OTHER STRONG STORMS WERE IN SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA
BETWEEN BLOOMINGTON...SEYMOUR AND COLUMBUS.  ALL STORMS WERE MOVING
NORTHEAST AROUND 20 MPH.

OF THORNTOWN IN NORTHWEST BOONE COUNTY.

AT 440 PM EST RADAR INDICATED THAT THIS THUNDERSTORM HAD MOVE,D TO
NEAR FRANKFORT.  THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH AND
SHOULD REACH THE TOWN OF KOKOMO SHORTLY 500 PM EST.

THERE WERE ALSO STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER EAST CENTRAL INDIANA JUST
TO THE SOUTH OF RICHMOND.  ALL OF THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING
NORTHEAST AT AROUND 30 MPH.

MUNCIE TO PORTLAND. CITIES IN THE TORNADO WATCH INCLUDE GARY...SOUTH
BEND... FORT WAYNE...LAFAYETTE...KOKOMO...MUNCIE AND ANDERSON.

AT 710 PM EST RADAR INDICATED A VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED
ABOUT 25 MILES NORTHEAST OF LAFAYETTE.  THIS STORM WAS MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN CARROLL AND
SOUTHERN CASS COUNTIES.

SO FAR THERE HAVE BEEN NO REPORTS OF SEVERE WEATHER WITH
THUNDERSTORM.  HOWEVER GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL IS POSSIBLE FROM
THE LOGANSPORT AREA TO MONTICELLO.

MEANWHILE MOST OF THE OTHER STORMS WERE OCCURRING TO THE SOUTH AND
SOUTHWEST OF CHICAGO AND ACROSS EXTREME NORTHERN INDIANA.  THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT AROUND 30 MPH.
