30 MILES EAST OF MUNCIE AND NORTH OF LINE FROM 15 MILES SOUTH OF
TERRE HAUTE TO 15 MILES SOUTH OF SEYMOUR. THE WATCH IS IN EFFECT
WEST OF A LINE FROM 15 MILES SOUTH OF SEYMOUR TO RICHMOND.
