THE NORTHERN MIAMI VALLEY. STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING
AHEAD OF COLD FRONT ACROSS NORTHERN INDIANA. THESE STORMS WILL
MOVE INTO WEST CENTRAL OHIO AND THE NORTHERN MIAMI VALLEY BY 6 PM.

THE STORM PREDICTION CENTER IN KANSAS CITY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM WATCH FOR MUCH OF EAST CENTRAL INDIANA...SOUTHEAST
INDIANA...WEST CENTRAL OHIO...THE MIAMI VALLEY...SOUTHWEST OHIO...
CENTRAL OHIO...AND NORTHERN KENTUCKY. THIS WATCH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM
EDT AND REPLACES WATCH NUMBER 737 WHICH WAS IN PLACE FOR WEST CENTRAL
OHIO AND THE NORTHERN MIAMI VALLEY.

AT 735 PM WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING STRONG TO SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS OVER PORTIONS OF EASTERN INDIANA AND WESTERN OHIO. THESE
STORMS HAVE DEVELOPED IN UNSTABLE AIR WHICH IS IN PLACE OVER THE OHIO
RIVER VALLEY AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. THESE STORMS HAVE A
HISTORY OF DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL AS LARGE AS QUARTER SIZE.
