IN NORTH KENTUCKY ...BOONE COUNTY...KENTON COUNTY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES OVER KENTON AND BOONE COUNTIES AT 1145 PM EDT. RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AROUND 4 INCHES ARE COVERING PARTS OF KENTON AND BOONE COUNTIES. FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY.
