FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS EFFECTIVE UNTIL
MIDNIGHT EDT (1100 PM EST) FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DUMPED HEAVY RAINS ACROSS NORTHERN RIPLEY AND
DEARBORN COUNTIES AND MUCH OF HAMILTON COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES
INDICATE UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN FROM NEAR BATESVILLE THROUGH
SUNMAN TO AROUND BRIGHT SINCE 8 PM EDT (7 PM EST). UP TO AN INCH OF RAIN
HAS ALSO FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF WESTERN HAMILTON COUNTY DURING THE PAST
HOUR.
 
ADDITIONAL STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE SAME
AREA THROUGH 11 PM EDT. ANY ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL LIKELY
PRODUCE FLOODING...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS AND IN
