OFFICIALS REPORTED THAT PANTHER CREEK WAS CLOSE TO BANKFULL AND WATER
PONDING ON INTERSTATE 75. WITH OCCASIONALLY HEAVY RAIN EXPECTED INTO THE
AFTERNOON...FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS IS LIKELY TO OCCUR THIS
