AT 2 PM...SPOTTERS REPORTED THAT INDIAN CREEK WAS OUT OF ITS BANKS.
RADAR ESTIMATES THAT BETWEEN 1.5 AND 2.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OUT
OF THE STORMS THAT PASSED ACROSS THE REGION. JUST LIGHT AMOUNTS OF RAIN
WILL CONTINUE INTO LATE AFTERNOON. STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL CONTINUE TO
RISE IN RESPONSE TO TODAYS RAIN.
