FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 4 PM...DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING HEAVY RAIN CONTINUING ACROSS THE
REGION. HIGH WATER WAS REPORTED ON SOME ROADWAYS BY SKYWARN AMATUER
RADIO OPERATORS. WITH MORE RAIN ON THE WAY...FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED
INTO EVENING.

FLUCTUATING OVR CNTRL AND SRN OH WITH EACH SYSTEM THAT PASSES.  WL NOT

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH HAS BEEN EXTENDED EASTWARD INTO PARTS OF
SOUTHWESTERN OHIO AND EXTREME NORTHERN KENTUCKY.  THIS WATCH IS IN
EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM EDT.

STRONG TO LOCALLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING INTO SOUTHWESTERN
OHIO AND NORTHERN KENTUCKY THIS AFTERNOON.  THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY
OF PRODUCING GUSTY WINDS AND LARGE HAIL AND ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO
THESE AREAS AS THE AFTERNOON PROGRESSES.
