REPORTS FROM LOCAL SHERIFF OFFICES INDICATE THAT COLLY AND MOORES
CREEKS REMAIN OVER THEIR BANKS. PERSONNEL REPORTED THAT FLOODING
ON HIGHWAYS 11...53...AND 210 IS OCCURRING.
