IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS ...HARRIS COUNTY AT 433 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES WEST OF CYPRESS. MOVEMENT OF THIS THUNDERSTORM IS TO THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THIS STORM WILL AFFECT THE AREAS EAST OF HIGHWAY 290 AND NORTH OF LOOP 610. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO ... GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. AVOID WINDOWS. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING.
