FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  130 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS......

   ...EASTERN CUMBERLAND COUNTY
 
A PARTIAL BREACH OF HIGHLAND LAKE DAM HAS OCCURRED. HIGHLAND LAKE IS
LOCATED ON THE FALMOUTH...WINDHAM TOWN LINE ON MILL BROOK. EVACUATIONS
ARE TAKING PLACE AT THIS TIME AND POLICE ARE REQUESTING EVERYONE TO STAY
OUT OF THIS AREA. MILL BROOK FLOWS INTO THE PRESUMPSCOT RIVER. SIGNIFICA
RISES IN RIVER LEVELS DOWNSTREAM ARE LIKELY BECAUSE OF THIS FAILURE.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
