IN MAINE ...CUMBERLAND AND YORK COUNTIES IN NEW HAMPSHIRE ...BELKNAP...CARROLL...MERRIMACK...ROCKINGHAM AND STRAFFORD COUNTIES TORRENTIAL RAINS HAVE SOAKED THE WARNING AREA. RAINFALL OF 3 TO 6 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS...HAS BEEN REPORTED SO FAR. FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN ROCKINGHAM COUNTY. WEATHER RADAR SHOWS MORE HEAVY RAIN FALLING IN THIS AREA. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL FROM 1 TO 3 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS...CAN BE EXPECTED. THIS WILL LEAD TO FLOODING IN EAST CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST NEW HAMPSHIRE AND SOUTHWEST MAINE.
