IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS ...NORTHERN LOGAN COUNTY AT 659 PM CDT...A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY GOODLAND DOPPLER RADAR 11 MILES SOUTHWEST OF OAKLEY OR 7 MILES SOUTH OF MONUMENT MOVING SOUTH AT 10 MPH.
