AT 1236 AM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY GOODLAND
DOPPLER RADAR 23 MILES SOUTHWEST OF OAKLEY OR 2 MILES SOUTH OF
RUSSELL SPRINGS MOVING EAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH.

THIS STORM CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE VICINITY OF...

THIS IS A DANGEROUS. STORM! THE STORMS HAVE REINTENSIFIED AND THE
LINE HAS BECOME STATIONARY. INDIVIDUAL CELLS ARE MOVING SLOWLY
EASTWARD AT 5 TO 10 MPH. EXPECT VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND HAIL TO ONE
INCH WITH THESE STORMS.
