IN NORTHWEST KANSAS ...DECATUR COUNTY ...NORTHWESTERN NORTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA ...SOUTHEASTERN RED WILLOW COUNTY AT 1030 PM CDT...RAINFALL REPORTS IN EXCESS OF 5 INCHES HAVE BEEN REPORTED ALONG SAPPA CREEK IN OBERLIN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED FROM OBERLIN INTO NORTHERN NORTON COUNTY ALONG SAPPA CREEK.
