IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA ...WESTERN BUFFALO COUNTY...EASTERN DAWSON COUNTY PERSONS IN SUMNER...EDDYVILLE AND MILLER SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR HAIL UP TO 1 INCH IS SIZE BY 815 PM. AT 753 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 16 MILES WEST OF KEARNEY NEAR ELM CREEK AND OVERTON. THIS STORM WAS MOVING NORTH AT 40 MPH. PER PREVIOUS DISCUSSION WITH OAX THE FLOOD WATCH OUTLINED LOOKS REASONABLE. WILL KEEP IT GOING IN KANSAS TONIGHT. NO NEW FFG TO VIEW ATTM. WARM FRONT BOWING UP INTO SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS KICKING SOME STORMS THERE WITH BRISK EAST FLOW OVER CWA ATTM. LOW PRESSURE MAKING SOME ATTEMPT TO GET GOING IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS.
