AT 951 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A DEVELOPING TORNADO NEAR MILLERS
CREEK RESERVIOR...MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THIS STORM ALSO
CONTAINS LARGE HAIL. THIS STORM WILL LIKELY REACH THROCKMORTON BETWEEN
1015 AND 1030 PM.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE
IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF
