AT 1040 AM...STREET FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN TEMPLE. RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS IN A LINE THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF BELL COUNTY...WITH
ADDITIONAL STORMS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THE HEAVY RAIN UNTIL AT LEAST
1130 AM. URBAN AREAS WILL BE THE ONES AFFECTED MOST BY THIS HEAVY RAIN.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
