IN EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA ...BROOKINGS COUNTY AT 747 PM CDT...A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY SIOUX FALLS DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS 7 MILES NORTHEAST OF BROOKINGS OR 3 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WHITE MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
