SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  745 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA

AT 712 PM...RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS
WESTERN BARNES COUNTY...EXTENDING FROM 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF VALLEY CITY
TO 5 MILES WEST OF VALLEY CITY. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH
AND WILL AFFECT THE TOWNS OF VALLEY CITY AND SIBLEY. THIS STORM WILL
CONTAIN HIGH WINDS AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
