IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA ...NORTHEASTERN OTTER TAIL COUNTY AT 943 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED 7 MILES NORTHEAST OF PERHAM...OR 20 MILES SOUTHEAST OF DETROIT LAKES...MOVING TO THE EAST AT 20 MPH.
