IN NORTHWEST MINNESOTA ...WESTERN POLK COUNTY AT 721 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED 2 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MANVEL...OR 10 MILES NORTH OF GRAND FORKS...MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. CITIES IN THE PATH OF THE STORM ARE FISHER AND CROOKSTON. DIME SIZE HAIL HAS BEEN REPORTED WITH THIS STORM.
