IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA ...NORTHERN CLAY COUNTY AT 400 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED 4 MILES EAST OF ARGUSVILLE...OR 20 MILES NORTHEAST OF FARGO...MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 2O MPH. THIS STORM WILL MOVE INTO FELTON BY 435 PM. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.
