IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA ...RAMSEY COUNTY AT 141 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR STARKWEATHER OR 25 MILES NORTH OF DEVILS LAKE. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 35 MPH.
