IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA ...SOUTHWESTERN OTTER TAIL COUNTY...SOUTHERN WILKIN COUNTY AT 729 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR FOXHOME...OR 15 MILES EAST OF BRECKENRIDGE.
