IN WEST CENTRAL GEORGIA ...HARRIS COUNTY...TALBOT COUNTY AT 255 PM EST RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER CENTRAL HARRIS...AND WESTERN TALBOT COUNTIES MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR. THE STORM WILL MOVE NEAR THE CITY OF TALBOTTON GEORGIA. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.
