PLAINS IN SUMPTER COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST-NORTHEAST AT
40 MILES AN HOUR. THE STORM WILL MOVE TO NEAR AMERICUS BY 3 AM
AND OVER METHVINS BT 320 AM.
