SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  215 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST CENTRAL GEORGIA

AT 146 AM EST DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR THE
TALBOT-UPSON COUNTY LINE SOUTHWEST OF THOMASTON. THIS STORM WAS MOVING
TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH AND WILL PASS NEAR THOMASTON BY 155 AM.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
