AT 410 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS BETWEEN
COLUMBUS AND MONTEZUMA...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH. THEY WERE
PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 3 INCHES AN HOUR.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  |VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
