IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...EASTERN BANDERA COUNTY AT 350 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER MEDINA LAKE MOVING INTO EXTEME SOUTHEAST BANDERA COUNTY.
