FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 600 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHEAST
SAN ANTONIO NORTHEASTWARD TO NEW BRANFELS. RADAR ESTIMATES RAINFALL
RATES OVER 2 INCHES AN HOUR OVER NORTHERN COMAL COUNTY NEAR SPRING
BRANCH. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
