AT 1053 AM WEATHER RADAR INDCATED INDICATED HEAVY RAIN BETWEEN
HALLETSVILLE AND SPEAKS. FLOODING WAS REPORTED ON FARM ROAD 530 BETWEEN
VIENNA AND HALLETSVILLE. THE HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING VERY SLOWLY TO THE
EAST..NORTHEAST.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
