FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  945 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...EASTERN VAL VERDE COUNTY
 
AT 635 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY
RAINFALL CONTINUING OVER NORTHEASTERN VAL VERDE COUNTY.  THE STORMS WERE
MOVING SOUTH AROUND 5 MPH.  DURING THE PAST 3 HOURS...AN ESTIMATED 2 TO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN WITH MOST RAINFALL IN THE JUNO AREA IN THE
LAST HOUR.
 
HIGHWAYS AFFECTED BY THIS WARNING ARE 163...189...AND 277.
 
AVOID ALREADY FLOODED AREAS.  TRAVELERS SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS FLOODED ROADS.  IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...LEAVE IT AND MOVE
