...THE DENSE FOG ADVISORY FOR MUCH OF THE SOUTHERN HALF OF LOWER
MICHIGAN HAS BEEN CANCELLED...

DENSE FOG WHICH COVERED MUCH OF THE SOUTHERN HALF OF LOWER MICHIGAN
THIS MORNING HAS STARTED TO LIFT. AS OF 11 AM...VISIBILITIES AT MOST
REPORTING STATIONS IN SOUTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN HAVE IMPROVED TO A MILE
OR BETTER. THE FOG WILL CONTINUE TO DISCIPATE AS THE WE PROGRESS INTO
THE AFTERNOON.

MOTORISTS SHOULD ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH THEIR DESTINATIONS THIS
AFTERNOON. KEEP A LARGE DISTANCE BETWEEN YOUR VEHICLE AND ANY OTHER

THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS THE SOUTH
HALF OF LOWER MICHIGAN. A STATIONARY FRONT LIES FROM SOUTHWEST KANSAS
TO CENTRAL IOWA AND EASTWARD TO NORTH CENTRAL OHIO THIS MORNING. A LOW
PRESSURE CENTER OVER WESTERN KANSAS IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ALONG THIS
FRONTAL ZONE AND POSSIBLY PRODUCE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE SOUTHERN HALF
OF LOWER MICHIGAN LATER THIS AFTERNOON. SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS MAY
EXTEND INTO THE EVENING HOURS. THESE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE SEVERE.

FROM MUSKEGON TO BAY CITY. AT 204 PM DIME SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED ON
M-59 ON THE OAKLAND...LIVINGSTON COUNTY LINE. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING
TO THE EAST AT 35 MPH AND MAY CONTAINj SMALL HAIL AND GUSTS TO 40 MPH.
