    UPPER TRIBUTARIES OF THE RACCOON RIVER

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
    UP TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER NORTHERN CRAWFORD AND
    CARROLL COUNTIES BETWEEN 100 AND 400 AM.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
    THE BOYER RIVER WAS NEAR BANKFULL IN DENISON AND WILL FLOOD BY
    500 AM. THE NORTH RACCOON RIVER WAS ALSO OUT OF ITS BANKS
    NEAR LANESBORO. OTHER "SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS WILL ALSO
    FLOOD...AS WILL SEVERAL ROADWAYS.
