IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS ...NORTHERN AND EASTERN NESS COUNTY AT 554 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY DODGE CITY DOPPLER RADAR 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF NESS CITY MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
