AT 922 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY DODGE CITY
DOPPLER RADAR OVER LARNED MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15
MPH. THIS STORM IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT LARNED THROUGH 945 PM CDT
AND THEN MOVE OVER OPEN COUNTRY.
 
WHEN SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...MOVE INSIDE A STRONG
BUILDING. DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DO NOT USE TELEPHONES OR

TNGT THROUGH NEBRASKA WITH GOOD THETA E RIDGE POKING THROUGH ALL
BUT EXTREME WESTERN COUNTIES. WENT 50 POP TRW NRN 4 COUNTIES...
CLOSEST TO FEATURE...40 TO 30 POP ELSEWHERE.
