FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 519 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A THE LEADING EDGE OF A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF FELLSBURG...6 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
KINSLEY...MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTH-SOUTHEAST AT 5 MILES PER HOUR. THIS
STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HAIL UP TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER AND
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL. IT MOVE OVER OPEN COUNTRY AND APPROACH THE
FELLSBURG AND CENTERVIEW COMMUNITIES BY 605 PM.
