IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING ...WESTERN PLATTE COUNTY AT 130 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM DROPPED ONE HALF TO THREE QUARTER INCH HAIL OVER SYBILLE RESEARCH STATION 29 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WHEATLAND.
