HEAVY RAIN TRACKING OUT OF OHIO INTO THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS OF PA. YNG HAD .95 IN PAST 6 HOURS IN FAVORABLE LOCATION TO THE EAST OF THE UPPER SHORT WAVE AND JUST NORTH OF THE WEAK SURFACE LOW.
