IN PENNSYLVANIA ...DAUPHIN COUNTY...LEBANON COUNTY...SCHUYLKILL COUNTY ...YORK COUNTY DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUES TO SHOW HEAVY RAIN FALLING ACROSS A WIDE PORTION OF THE LOWER SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY. AS MUCH AS 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN ESTIMATED BY RADAR FROM YORK UP THROUGH LEBANON COUNTY WITH RADAR INDICATING INTENSIFICATION OF THE HEAVY RAIN BANDS OVER THE LAST HOUR. WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN EXPECTED THROUGH EVENING SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP. MOST AREAS CAN TAKE UP TO AROUND 4 INCHES OF RAIN BEFORE FLOODING BEGINS.
