NORTH OF BUCYRUS IN CRAWFORD COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE
NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL AFFECT RIDGETON BY 310 PM AND NEW
WASHINGTON BY 320 PM.
