IN OHIO ...LORAIN COUNTY AT 451 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER WEST CENTRAL LORAIN COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH AND WILL HIT THE CITY OF OBERLIN BY 515 PM. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.
