8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF FREMONT. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MILES
PER HOUR AND WILL PASS NEAR THE CITIES OF FREMONT... CLYDE
AND COLBY BY 1045 AM.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES

THE STORM PREDICTION CENTER IN KANSAS CITY HAS INDICATED THAT A SLIGHT
RISK FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXISTS TODAY INTO TONIGHT ACROSS
NORTHEAST OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA.

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM CENTERED OVER NORTHEASTERN LAKE MICHIGAN WILL
MOVE TO NORTHERN LAKE HURON BY EARLY TONIGHT.  A COLD FRONT EXTENDING
SOUTHWESTWARD FROM THIS LOW WILL APPROACH OHIO TODAY...REACHING THE
OHIO/PENNSYLVANIA BORDER EARLY TONIGHT.  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
AHEAD OF THE COLD FRONT OVER WESTERN OHIO WILL MOVE EAST INTO NORTHEAST
OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA THIS AFTERNOON.  MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIR
ACROSS OHIO AND STRONG WINDS ALOFT WILL AID IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THESE
STORMS...SOME OF WHICH MAY BECOME SEVERE WITH DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 58 MPH AND LARGE HAIL.
