AT 1040 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN CLEVELAND SHOWED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM MOVING INTO SOUTHWEST CRAWFORD COUNTY. THE STORM IS MOVING
TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH AND AFFECT THE TOWNS OF HARTSTOWN BY 10:50 AND
MEADVILLE BY 11PM.  STRONG WINDS ARE INDICATED WITH THIS STORM.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
