SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  200 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 110 PM DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR THE CITY
OF MT VERNON. IT WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL PASS CLOSE TO THE
CITIES OF MT VERNON...HOWARD AND MILLWOOD BY 145 PM.
 
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
