FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  230 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUES TO SHOW AREAS OF HEAVY
RAIN SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS ERIE COUNTY. THERE HAVE
BEEN NUMEROUS REPORTS OF FLOODING ALONG CREEKS AND STREAMS AS WELL AS
ROADWAYS.  CONSEQUENTLY...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN EXTENDED.
 
THE MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN SHOULD SUBSIDE FROM WEST TO EAST ACROSS ERIE
COUNTY BETWEEN 130 AND 230 PM.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
