FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  100 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED THAT THE SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS
IN THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE COUNTY DUMPED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN OVER
THE MANSFIELD AREA THIS EVENING. ALMOST TWO AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN
FELL AT THE MANSFIELD AIRPORT BETWEEN 7 AND 9 PM. A CAR WAS REPORTED STU
IN UP TO THREE FEET OF WATER EAST OF THE CITY. ALTHOUGH THE THUNDERSTORMWHICH PRODUCED THE RAINFALL WILL MOVE OUT OF THE COUNTY BY 10 PM...FLOOD
GWILL LIKELY CONTINUE UNTIL AT LEAST 1 AM.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAU~GHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
